A spacious room for a pair of lovers or a happy soloist, these sprawling suites feature a closable bedroom with a queen bed and an assortment of bespoke furniture pieces. The enormous ochre corduroy built-in day bed can be made into a bed for small child.
Available on both lower and upper levels, these spacious rooms are 40 sqm and have a private patio or balcony. All The Sunseeker Rooms have bathrooms adorned with Leif bath products, flat-screen smart TV’s, complimentary Wi-Fi and tea and coffee, locally sourced delicious snacks and beverages for purchase, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Each item in our rooms is an important part of our narrative. Pieces specifically designed for us by artisans and soaked in stories from their makers, partners that align with our sustainability model and items that are just good, common sense.
Spacious and comfortable, The Sunseeker Room is modern easy holiday living at its best. Beautiful custom timber bed heads by Interior Blank sit alongside the charismatic Sunseeker Red CHUB stools by Jack Fearon in a closable bedroom. In the living room, an irresistible, enormous and delicious Paige Miller (The Dusty Road) ochre corduroy day-bed awaits you. Art in the rooms includes handmade ceramic sun(seeker) faces by Amy Lee Worthy, a custom sun(seeker) flag by Sarah Harvey and a squiggle frame poster art designed by (the legendary) Lila Theodoros of Muse Muse. And of course, the incredible kitchen benches by Five Mile Radius, made from excess concrete from construction sites which would otherwise go to landfill. Of course, it wouldn’t be Byron Bay if they weren’t adorned with a selection of crystals. These rooms also have an additional bar fridge for extra storage.
